The item that was shipped was damaged by USPS. e30cabrio took initiative and filed the claim charges and followed up to make sure USPS made progress on the claim. He kept me updated the whole way. Not once during this transaction did I feel insecure about a positive outcome. Great seller and definitely gets my recommendation in the future.
