Rating Summary #1,476

Strung along with excuses and then no answer to PMs for 2 weeks. Appear to have gotten stiffed. The whole time, has been accessing the board. Made the mistake of paying non-goods in Paypal with no charge-back or recourse - stupid tax of $475.
