Spent 30+ dollars on shipping goods after he let me know he will be sending payment once i was ready to have item sent out (wheels and tires). The day i was ready to have it FedExd he let me know that he couldnt send payment due to an emergency which he had to use a part of the funds. I understand his situation but wish he let me know before i spent money on boxes and packaging material to have wheels sent out. Now i burned money when i could have sold these locally.
