Did you ever fix your seat motor? I just replaced my battery over the weekend. Since i could not find my radio/navigation codes anywhere, I had to raise the front driver seat to find the navigation serial number. Now the front of the seat bottom will not go down. I looked under the seat and the motor clicks when engaged but the screw end does not turn and the motor just jerks like it is locked. I like to keep the front of the seat low, so I would not mind just lowering it manually and then putting it back together, never to be touched again. I am the sole driver and it has 251K miles. It would be sad to replace it just because I cannot get a comfortable driver position. Can you give me any advice?
