I love the Type-S over the base so much! Now if you are upside down $6K then I am not sure it is worth it, if you can get deceant value for your TL then spending the extra $$$ is a decidion you have to make, I love cars and try not to get too emotional when I buy, but I have been known to make some dumb move. I do love the Type-S! It rides so good, seats are awesome, the drivetrain is just so refined. I don;t see myself doing a 4G, I can;t see spending that much ona car that does nto turn me on. My next car will likely be a G37 sedan. The auto in the Type-S is from the RL as is the 3.5. I never had any issues with my Base TL's but just find the Type-S to be a nice step up. Go drive one and decide. I hated the Red guages at firt, now love them.

Keith, I posted on the 3G forum about trading my '06 TL 6 speed nav for a '07 TL-S auto. Mine has 36k miles to 15k miles on the TL-S. Do you think this trade is worth it. Will cost about $6k to do it. Do you like the TL-S that much. Have you had the 6 speed in any of your prior TLs. The 6 speed is fun to drive. I see the auto transmission was updated in some form or fashion for the TL-S in '07. Does it drive different than the autos in the 04-06. I just don't know if I am going to like the 4g. I have seen it a few times. I think it is okay. Wife hates it and she is pretty good about picking good looking from bad. Any input is appreciated. Thanks
