Need info about replacing battery on '07 TL-S

about a year ago, I bought a certified pre owned 07 TL-S and an extended warranty until 100k. The battery seems to be dying frequently and on my nav screen there was a message that said "air bags are not working because of battery failure".

first of all, would the warranty cover for battery replacements?
second- If i purchase a battery from autozone or such, all the aftermarket batteries comes with a note that says " Caution: Do not use a memory saver on this vehicle". what exactly does that mean? will i lose my memory settings (seats, AC, etc) ?.

The original battery has a 4yr/unlimited mileage warranty

Battery and tire warranties are normally separate from the general warranty.

1) Yes, but factory batteries suck. I'd get an aftermarket one.
2) A battery saver is essentially a temporary device that makes the car thinks a battery is still connected and gives it enough juice so that you don't lose your memory settings while changing the battery. No need for one of those. You'll have to input the navi/radio code, but you won't lose your seat/radio settings or anything.

I just changed my battery from a factory one to an aftermarket one because the factory battery arbitrarily decided to discharge with no good reason. I had the battery tested and was told that it was fine, and that it just needed to be charged. I didn't want to take a chance being stranded somewhere, so I ended up getting a battery at Autozone. All I had to do was put in the radio/navi code, but none of my settings were lost. Your MID does reset though.

i store my car for winter ,unplug my terminal out and charge my battery on a trickle charger . I don't lose my memory seating tho only the radio and navi. MID still shows last miles . for 6 months
