You have until tomorrow to purchase a warranty online. After Nov 1st (tomorrow is the last business day to allow for processing) you will not be allowed to buy a warranty online... so you can either call dealerships and hope for the best or go through your local dealership. Local will usually run 1400-1700, and at least around here they tend to push their 3rd party warranties over Acura Care for their margins.

I purchased my warranty yesterday at Bernardi. 5yr/60K for $1,285. After searching, that was the cheapest by far.

Here are your choices
www.myhondawarranty.com
www.curryacuracare.com
www.bernardiwarranty.com

And I'm sure other members can pitch in with the other one or two around that sell online. I have also spoken with a few service advisors, all of whom unanimously agree that they would rather work with Acura Care than any other due to coverage and ease of use for them (less pre-authorizations).

Good luck!

my dealer gave me a price thats kinda high....... are all dealers this high?

I have a 2007 TL Type S with 33,000 miles.
They told me that an additional 5 years and 60,000 miles would cost $2680

I am hoping to buy the acura care but this is kinda pricey.

Shame you couldn't get it before the deadline! I always do research too, so I understand. You should be able to call all of these dealerships for over the phone quotes. I bought mine last week at Bernardi for $1,285. I have an '07 TL-S with what is now over 40K, but I bought the warranty with 39,900 - got the 60mos/60k warranty from Acura Care. You should be able to get the same over the phone, as Bernardi instructed me that they would still do the same once the deadline passed - but over the phone only.
