I was being as nooby as anil is being right now....
When i first bought the car, the clutch was fucking up.
Instead of brake fluid i bought MTF.
and instead of the clutch reservoir, I poured it into the brake reservoir.

petroleum fucks up rubber seals
a year later, pedal sinked to the floor.
I found out my mistake and changed out MC.
all was good, until a year later.

pedal went to floor.
I already knew from experience it was MC, so I went to change it and I noticed i did not take off the ROD Seal from the previous job.
There was 2 seals on the rod, letting air in.

I got owned.

^^^ @ Maj

Justin, you seriously comparing asking for a brand of MBC to putting clutch fluid in brake reservoir???

Recently when doing a transmission drain and refill and engine oil change on Matt's Type S, I made sure I kept the Redline bottles separately....coz i know my dumbass wont check before pouring that shit in LOL

but yeah, the brake pedal sinks due to 2 reasons, I was hoping it was brake lines, so I could get some SS lines for the wifey

No doubt the pedal can sink / feel spongy and the master cyl is fine.. but if you're stopped.. and then the pedal goes to the floor.. definitely MC.

@ Maj, nah, its just a soft pedal feel....

it doesnt sink all the way down when stopped....either way, time to get new MBC and SS brake lines....the lexus needs some TLC

@Justin, buddy when it comes to the Lexus, am as nooby as it can get....that engine is just a different animal...the V6 is tilted back so something like a L6....changing the rear 3 spark plugs WERE SOO MUCH of an issue that I had the dealership do it....the oil filter is under the stupid exhaust headers....so burning your hand while an oil change is pretty common....

after working on the Lexus, I started falling in love with Acura engineers....

the higher you go on the kelvin scale the more purple the color will be.
but you also lose lumens, or the total amount of visible light from the source

visibility is very poor at night with rain.
the purple light will fatigue your eyes, and you have to work harder to focus on the road.

Don't get a minivan swoosh.

Get a yukon xl. they are way better on fuel economy and have a ton more room.

Unless you just like purposely looking gay in public. ( I mean I know you do ) but do you really want to advertise it the the comman man???

And listen to Justin - he knows about dat purp

I agree, a minivan means you've admitted defeat, hand us your testicles. Unless we're talking about the turbo Ody out of Alabama.

But, the Ody gets great gas mileage and at least gives you a little more space to work on the engine than most minivans. You would be better off getting a SUV. At least buy an MDX, for the sake of your testicles.

yes look at the MDX or even a Pilot.

Don't get a minivan unless you have multiple kids. Even then don't get a minivan.
Get a Ford Excursion diesel. So you can tow your car when it won't start because of a dead battery box.

They've been shooting blanks for years.
And IMO, our van is much more practical than an SUV. We've been there and done that a few kids ago.
