should be in the DIY section- look on top of gen2 thread page list
Basically look at top of housing and see an <-- --> on the plastic, then look behind housing on its back for a V channel in raised plastic- that goes down to a gear you can see- thats the vertical adjuster
Slide a + screwdriver down the v channel- its a guide!- may have to angle rearwards toward windshield to fit
slide down till you contact the gear, now the 4 sides of the phillips screwdriver mesh with the plastic gears- turn the screwdriver as indicated by the up down arrows on top of housing and adjust as desired
DIY has spec on how light should hit against wall at 30 feet
dont want left beam too high as it blinds oncoming cars
right side should extend farther and slightly right so the line and side lane for parking and bicycles pedestrians, corners etc is lit up for you

why- I just gave the real life- done it on my car after lowering- DIY
It could not be easier
gen3 garage section has the actual printout of how high the most intense part of beam should be at x feet from car

if you cannot look at the top of the housing and see the arrows- and the raised plastic v channel leading to the gear, you dont belong under the hood

insert phillips screwdriver and adjust as needed- have car on flat surface- facing wall,
mark where the bright point is now and go to where you want
you know how they are supposed to be? right side longer and slightly right of center and left beam lower and slightly right so you dont blind oncoming- we have some bright headlights when they are facing you

My headlights don't seem to be adjusting at all, I've tried using + screwdriver and 10mm wrench. Neither headlights will go up or down. Anyone else have this issue and/or solution/suggestion?

make sure you are using the tip of the screwdriver as a gear to turn the other gear of the headlight
10mm wrench has nothing to do with this job
Note the arrow on top of light housing for up and down, and angle screwdriver as it follows the track down to the gear
