I'm a newbie here so still trying get myself acquainted.

My first question is:

Can anyone recommend me a good site where I can buy a lip spoiler for my 05 TL? I've seen many options in different sites but I'm so timid in purchasing something that probably will turn out cheap and not last. Any advice would be great.

Second Question:

Can anyone also recommend me where I can buy OEM D2S HID bulbs and what the full complete D2S part number is?

Welcome!

I bought these HIDs a few weeks back and they've worked great so far, and they have a 2 year warranty. I went with the 6000K bulbs, they're blue but at the same time doesn't affect vision compared to lower Kelvin bulbs. Also always install in pairs!
