Oil Catch Can, on Third Gen TL, questions
Hey Everyone,
If there is a thread on this already please feel free to link it, I searched for it but to no avail. I am wanting to install an Oil catch can on my 2005 Acura TL sport 6 speed. so I have a few questions.
P.s. Delete the check valve on your slave cylinder, the car will shift so much better, and engage quicker.

- Is there any point when the car is N/A?
- If so, where on the engine do I connect the lines? I know the 2 spots on the top left of the front valve cover, and left on Intake Manifold, but is there anywhere else?
- Where would you recommend installing the catch can?
- Is there anything I need to be aware of if I do install a catch can?
P.s. Delete the check valve on your slave cylinder, the car will shift so much better, and engage quicker.

i had a catch can on my 2007 infiniti G35 coupe. I cleaned it with every oil change and it was always nasty.
It makes more of a difference with GDI engines because no gas hits the valves to clean them off so preventing that nastiness from going in there in the first place is a big plus.
in my opinion it will just make you feel good that that isnt going into your engine. did it hurt anything in the first place? no
