Headlight control unit

Hey everyone, I'm new here. This may have already been asked but after looking through the forum, I haven't been able to find anything that answers my questions, so if this is a repeat, please bare with me.

I bought an 03 TL type S a couple months ago and the driver side headlight is now out. I took it to the Acura dealer to determine if it was the bulb, ballast, igniter or something else.

They told me that it was the control unit (part #33119-S0K-A10) and wanted to charge me $539 to fix it. 539 bucks to fix a headlight is little much so I declined. What I need to know is if the control unit is the same as the ballast or if it's the combination of the ballast and igniter.

My other question is about the best place to buy the parts I need at a good price. Are there any good sites other then ebay?

Any and all help with this would be greatly appreciated.

Thats not exactly correct. Here's the breakout.

The whole unit at delray is 391.34. This is for the inverter(ballast) $183 and the igniter $171. (priced separately)
33119-S0K-A10 is the ballast
33119-S0K-A1 is the Igniter
33119-S0K-A2 is BOTH
