New stereo problem help!!!

Ok so I recently installed a new stereo on my car and I had bought a pre wired harness for the new stereo to my car. the front and rear door speakers work but my sub is no longer working... it basically sounds like some one took all the bass out of the car anyone know how to fix or wire the sub to the new stereo? The new stereo is the
Boss =1.25remBCPA9685RC and it was bought through crutch field.

PLEASE HELP!!!!

There isn't a wire in the stereos wiring harness that goes to the sub OR the amplifier.

you can splice a wire from your new stereos RCA ouptut to the input of the stock Bose amp/subwoofer. it will look something like this:

Head Unit -->RCA OUT SUB -->RCA JACK SPLICED-->BOSE AMP IN-->BOSE SUB.

the thread is here; you have a choice of splicing into it up front (there is an eq unit) or beneath the passenger seat (where the amp is) I personally chose up front so I wouldn't have to worry about running more wire.

You can download a copy of the service manual (if you don't already have one) by searching for "99-2003 service manual."

on page 22-199 is the wiring diagram that shows you want the blue/green and orange/blue wires and page 22-201 shows the polarity for each wire.
