I just purchased a WDP 2012 TL over the weekend and I'm looking to install an aftermarket spoiler.

Does anyone have any experience with the T5i spoiler or Pure spoiler?

so let me get this right.. you bought a base TL correct? non-tech right?

IMO it is best to get the tech spoiler instead of the optional spoiler for base models.. the tech spoiler just looks better

Yup, I got the base (non-tech). What's the difference? I was hoping to find something aftermarket.

Do you know a good source to purchase the tech spoiler?

Doesn't the tech spoiler have a button and spot for rearview camera that would have no purpose for him?

i believe a aftermarket one was created so that no camera and no button hole.... could be wrong but i dont see a problem with having those two on there.. if anything just go to a shop and have it filled and painted.

If you like the T5i then go for it. Doesn't look bad and only you have to like it. Actually looks pretty sharp to me. All TLs don't have to be identical, add the roof spoiler and it should look great

It actually would. I will be buying this spoiler to install on the car after I lower the car and get new rims. If you guys haven't seen it on the TL yet then here it is: http://acuraconnected.com/2013/07/01...kes-peak-2013/
The spoiler on the Pike's Peak Acura TL is similar to the one being sold on ebay except theirs is carbon fiber which costs a lot more than the ABS Plastic one.

impossible, the tl is a obese car..takes alot more than just a wing to make flight
