Hello Everyone,

I have had my TL for almost 2 1/2 months now and just got the oil changed for the first time. I allowed them to use a synthetic blend. Is this the correct blend for the car?

Second question is any other fluids yall recommend I should change?

When I first bought my car, I did the full initial fluid change. That included oil, transmission, rear diff, front diff, coolant, brake.

I bought my 2009 TL just two weeks ago. Over the past couple of days I changed engine oil, transmission, front transfer box, rear diff.

Since my TL is currently at 100,000 km, I will also be doing a timing belt replacement next week. As part of the service, I will also replace the water pump and the coolant.

I think you have a long way to go until a timing belt change... Its only at ~160k km that the Sub-Item 4 comes up on the Maintenance Minder. Unless you don't trust where your TL came from.
