Most people either clear bra, use the OEM bra, or use painters tape when going on a big trip.

Can't say I've ever seen this product on a car here before.

Rock chips are usually at the bottom bumper, not the hood Mostly

^Totally not true. My hood looks like the Milky Way galaxy.

My side mirrors...the outside a pillars...even the patch of roof between the windshield and the sunroof gets it bad.

Yeah me 2. I got quoted 800 for a repaint of the bumper and hood.. It's from a small reputable shop. What do you guys think?

I'd have to see pictures of the car to say if it warrants repainting or not.

I think when I had my front bumper redone, plus the grille body matched, it cost me about $300.

No idea about the hood. That is quite a lot of square inches though.

Yeah i've had a bumper redone on another car for about that much also.. I didn't think the hood would add that much more to the price though.. I'm sure i can negotiate..

How's you bumper holding up after the repaint?

Still looks brand new. Most of my chips came from the former owner though.
