Order 3rd clutch pressure switch from ebay. I had that code p1739 pop up with p0401. I cleaned my egr port and cel never came back. I am still not sure about p1739 code as I never had shifting problem and I never went back to Autozone to have them check for codes. Also, check the sensor wiring is intact.

D-5 flashing is a warning related to the tranny.
The P1739 code indicates a problem in the 3rd Clutch Pressure Switch Circuit.

Other than the quick jerk and codes.....any other problems ?
Check the tranny fluid's condition and level. Other than that, you could check the solenoid's connection or replace it as Wrangler suggested.

Maybe just try a general "Google" search or check out an OEM Acura parts store for an actual part # for the switch.

I am going to Autozone to see if I still have that P1739 code. Otherwise I am ordering the part and here's the link http://www.ebay.com/itm/ACURA-MDX-CL-TL-OIL-PRESSURE-SWITCH-OEM-28600-P7Z-003-/170717702224?pt=Motors_Car_Truck_Parts_Accessories&hash=item27bf916850&vxp=mtr

so does anyone know about the Turbine shaft speed sensor? Can I drive my car until these parts come in? Will it mess anything up?
