New owner 2014 Tech

Hello all picked up a Bellanova and Ebony Tech a couple of weeks ago. The weather has not cooperated much but today I had a chance to take a few pictures and wanted to share.

This is my 5th Acura, my previous cars a 2007 RDX, a couple of 2nd Gen TSX, an ILX my son has now taken over, now a 2014 TL Tech.

I have always loved this car from a distance but was a little out of my budget. With the new TLX Incoming I worked a killer deal from my local Acura dealer. I really love how this car drives and love the HP. I mostly lurk but I learn a lot thank you all.

Very nice ride!

I picked up an almost the same car (parchment interior instead) around this time last year. After 15K miles, I am still very happy with the ride, minus the stock tires. Thinking to replace them with something quieter/smoother.

Thank you all very much, the only thing I don't love about the car is the stock rim, down the road I would like to replace them with either 18" or 19" with the optional OEM accessories rims.

^^ What?!?! Acura not being able to do a good wheel design? (lol) Just kidding....If you read the TLX section, we are being quite critical at Acura for being so weak in the wheel Dept. In my opinion, the best wheels are the 18 inches on the SH-AWD version.....but I like a simple 5 spoke wheel design.

I went back to the dealership on Saturday to pickup my tags, they had a Black advanced SH-AWD with all the bells and whistle with the 19" wheels that looked awesome on the main floor. I agree with you though the 18" on SH-AWD are much nicer then the one on the Tech. However I do not like the ones on the special edition at all but as you know, these type of things are all subjective.

Congrats on the new ride. Have you looked at Acura's 19" Diamond Cut Alloy Wheels? Looks nice on white, here is a link of how it looks on a 2009.

Nice car! The white really shows off the blacked out lights. I like the SH-AWD 19" Acura wheels, but they ride a bit harsh with the low sidewalls.
