These spy shots are more of the ones posted on a Chinese car site. Caen posted a few, I'm posting the rest... They are not the greatest, and they are probably a little different from the US version... but here they are. Make of them what you want.

front looks pretty aggressive . Even the side skirts look to be pretty much the same as the concept car. Overall, the rear bumper looks the tamest. The interior looks pretty good too , but i wish the picture was clearer.

Someone please correct me if I'm misinformed but I thought the TLX was supposed to have an electronic gear shifter just like in the RLX. I believe I saw this in the official TLX presentation video in Detroit. @ 8:55

He said 'Available' electronic gear selector... to me that means it is not standard. It may be the electronic selector that comes with the 9ZF vice the 8DCT... or vice versa.

This spy shot shows a more traditional shifter but I'm expecting a selector for 'eco, sport, normal' kind of options.

They are from the same website and the camo looks the same. I think they may be legit, but again this is probably the Chinese version of the car. There could be some differences in the US version. Like maybe the wheels? Or front/rear bumper covers? Not sure if the interior would be significantly different or not.

Thanks for posting Rocket_man....I agree with you. These are likely legit to an extent but our North American version will be slightly different. I would like to hope our wheels will be different as these are hideous....but they are somewhat similar to what we saw in our spyshots. I can hope that our bumpers will be a little different but that interior, from what I can see, is not sexy at all. Only a few more weeks before we see our production car and lay all the speculation to rest....

Acura better hurry up because all these poor pics is actually making me lose interest (and hope) that the TLX will be a nice car, and an improvement over my TL. I really want to hope I am wrong but I have a few options in my back pocket

Is it just me, or does the front end of the car remind any of you of the 3G TL? Specifically the front pumper.

The front looks alright, the back looks meh ... i hope they do something about that wheel choice, that is killing the potential this car has in my opinion

This. As for the bumper(s) they'll probably offer a body kit, like they have for the TL(s), TSX, and ILX. I guess in the end doesn't matter if the owner is going to mod the car.

I agree 250%!!! The wheels are hideous! I am SHOCKED that these photos have been leaked before the autoshow in NY. I am not going to lie, I am not overly excited by these photos. To me, this car doesn't not spell Luxury....It looks so neutered. Is it because us 4G owner are used to a very bold and edgy design that this is just Meh (as VQPower stated).

I am still willing to give it a bit of time to see it in the flesh, see the accessories available, the different wheel and the interior. I am certainly not as excited I was after seeing the prototype, I knew the prototype was not going to be the real thing but I thought they could still pull it off but now, I am not so sure.

I guess its back to the drawing board as far as my plans....

OSTRICH....I guess you had a Legitimate site after all and despite people saying the front with the fog lights wouldn't happen because of the Jewel eyes was wrong. My apologies my friend...you were right all along!!

I actually like everything I see here. I think the interior looks great. Its symmetrical, simple and flowing. Im sure the US version will be identical. I'm ok with the wheels too. I think this is the one we'll get here in the US at least for the 4 cylinder. I believe this is also the 4 cylinder bc of the presence of a stick gear selector The chief designer dude did say our production version will have two tone rims so Im sure they'll be the same. We'll see what the 3.5 wheels will look like, hopefully close to the prototype.

Is it just me....but are these photos intended to trick us? Acura is usually so HUSH HUSH about their model release and they have the NY auto show coming. These photos are not caught by a lucky photographer...they appear staged.

It almost appears like the car is static (not moving) unless high end camera can do a great job but the guy doesn't even seem to make an attempt to be unnoticed.

I doubt there's any trickery. What would they gain by taking the time to trick the public? I'm sure these are production models.... whether they're base models, China models, US models, or what is another story.

No worries, Weather! You know, after what Acura China did to the MDX (by adding that hideous fog light!) I knew that we should NOT "underestimate" the ugliness that Acura is capable to produce!!! ROTFLOL!

Yup, this fog light is very much in line with the Acura China MDX fog light. Maybe this is a Chinese TLX model after all!? Alright, I am myself in denial now and am trying to tell myself that it's all a bad dream and not real.... just like Pam (Bobby Ewing's wife) in Dallas now! LOL (oops, am I dating myself!? LOL)

Like most of you here, I'm a bit let down after seeing the stunning prototype. Please Acura, I beg you not to put those atrocious wheels on the TLX!! They are beyond hideous!

The most hilarious thing about the "spy" shots is how Acura engineers taped over the emblem as if the power plenum didn't give it away.

True, but average person will not be sure what it is. The odd thing is the tape attracts attention to the car, my guess if they just drove it with without the camo people would not notice it since it blends in ;-)

Yeah, I can understand that, but I had already prepped myself for the inevitable "this prototype won't be it ...". Somehow, my heart has still sunk. I'm still going to wait to see it in person and wait for the variants and any bodystyle differences to be shown. I just hope when I see the interior, it doesn't completely axe the car for me. Even though I didn't like the 4G when it first appeared, I still liked the interior. If the outside of the 5G is "meh" and the interior sucks, there's no way I'm buying the car.

Well, the assumption that the earlier spy shots were a "Russsian" market car seems less likely. These new shots look very similar to those and the car still looks less like the prototype. I don't see the point of testing a Russian market car on American roads, this for sure is the American version.

Further support to keep our expectations low for the unveiling. Acura should stop using the prototype in the ads, hype for nothing.

Those Wheels look like ones on the 4cyl honda accord, wouldn't be far fetched if that's the 4cyl tlx.
