Interior shots....

http://acuraconnected.com/2014/04/16...nal-auto-show/

Notice picture 9, you see a shifter.

Notice picture 10, you don't see a shifter.

Notice picture 11, you don't see a shifter.

Notice picture 12, you don't see a shifter.

So, I guess to put the thing in drive, park, or neutral you use buttons now.

You obviously haven't been reading the existing threads which discuss this.

The shifter is found in the I4 model,

Electronic shifter (also seen in the RLX), is seen in the V6 models.

And yes, you use buttons now..

Mercedes also uses the same concept on their cars. (electronic shifter), but it's placed on a stalk on the steering column.

Next you'll be surprised by the Electronic Parking Brake.

Buttons. My mother's 1960 Rambler wagon had a push button automatic transmission. This was BEFORE 8 tracks were available.

I do like the rear styling though. That is a massive improvement.

You beat me to it but I was thinking about the 1956 Chrysler my folks had when I was a kid. Everything old is new again!

Edsel had them too; on the steering wheel hub - not a good omen. Best were in the Super Stock Dodges - good omen. So its either bad news or the first part of the performance revolution.

my Dad had a 1960 Rambler Classic wagon with the push button gears. Are there any left? Probably not Barret Jackson material.
