I'm leaning on picking up a '12 SH-AWD Tech or Advanced with 10-20k miles, but if the deal is sweet enough for a new '14 I might just consider it.

Does anyone know what the time when we have the most leverage is? With the TLX coming out June 1st, should I walk into a dealership like the day before? I assume they'd probably still have a '14s on the lot even afterwards though. I'm just curious which time will net me the most bargaining power.

That is one heck of a deal. I checked Vegas, So-Cal, Nor-Cal Phoenix area and Salt Lake City for SHAWD Tech and Advance. For the Tech best price was just south of 38K so you did real well. BTW Salt Lake City had most inventory but also highest prices. Nor-Cal had the best prices but very limited inventory.

Ended picking up a 2014 SHAWD Advance for just under 40K. OP check "owners sign in" sticky at the top. Folks post purchase info including purchase price. Truecar and KBB also have lots of information.

Got a call from a local Acura dealer. I was told 10 grand off any TL and above market price for my trade in. Of course when I asked numbers, they said I would have to come in for that.

I got $30k OTD price on a CPO '12 TL SH-AWD Black/Umber... but that was 3+ months ago already... and I should add that I bought it with 53k on the odometer
